We recruit and train the front end team
We source ambitious college talent and train them to operate inside a compliant insurance growth system.
Hicks Channel Integration helps P&C agencies create more predictable new business by recruiting, training, and managing college talent who book qualified opportunities for licensed producers.
Built for independent agencies that need new business growth, producer leverage, and a stronger talent pipeline.

The problem
Most independent agencies are not short on ambition. They are short on consistent, well managed front end growth.
Renewal books may be strong, but new business often depends on producer hustle, referrals, inconsistent marketing, and expensive recruiting. At the same time, many agencies have producers nearing retirement and not enough young talent ready to step in.
Hicks Channel Integration is built to solve both.
62%
of U.S. P&C written premium is placed through the independent agency channel.

What we do
We build and run a complete front end growth system inside your agency, so your producers spend their time on real opportunities and you get a growth channel you can count on.
How it works
We source ambitious college talent and train them to operate inside a compliant insurance growth system.
Setters run structured outreach, handle early qualification, and book appointments for licensed producers.
Licensed producers advise, quote, close, and bind. They spend more time with real opportunities and less time chasing cold activity.
Hicks Channel Integration handles training, accountability, reporting, and continuous improvement so the system becomes a repeatable growth channel.
The bigger picture
Booking qualified appointments is where we start. It is not where we stop.
Independent insurance does not just need more leads. It needs a repeatable way to turn young talent into productive front end capacity today and future producer capacity tomorrow.
We are proving the front end works inside strong independent agencies first. From there, the opportunity grows into broader carrier and agency network partnerships. Carriers want profitable growth through their appointed agencies. Agencies want more new business and better support for their producers. We are building to serve both.
The long term goal is a reliable, repeatable growth system for the independent insurance channel: a compliant, managed front end that agencies and carriers can plug into and scale.
Compliance
Hicks Channel Integration is designed around a clean separation of responsibilities.
College setters operate inside counsel-reviewed workflows to create qualified conversations and route opportunities to the agency. Licensed producers handle insurance advice, coverage recommendations, quoting, closing, and binding.
The model is built around documented scripts, clear handoffs, oversight, reporting, and compliance review before scale.
What is already built
The front end architecture, compliance setup, training program, and lead engine are built and ready for the first proof window. Every script, disclosure, and consumer contact process is reviewed by insurance regulatory and TCPA counsel before it goes live.
We are incorporated and our first agency partner is committed. The next step is launching the first compliant proof window.
Who we work with
Founder
Rylie Hicks
Founder
Hicks Channel Integration was founded by Rylie Hicks, who has spent his career building growth systems in real-world, founder-led companies.
He started in field services, built and ran Scrubbed Spotless, founded Peak Traditions, raised capital, and sold a company. Across those experiences, the same pattern kept showing up: young, trainable talent can outperform expectations when the system around them is clear, accountable, and built for execution.
Hicks Channel Integration applies that lesson to independent insurance, where agencies need both new business growth today and a stronger producer bench for tomorrow.
We are currently speaking with a limited number of agency owners, carrier leaders, and advisors who see the need for a better way to grow independent P&C agencies.
